The Quality Department oversees the quality management system, ensuring EHS adheres to the procedures and policies laid out in its accreditation. it is also responsible for carrying out internal audits, risk assessments and resolving any problems with product quality, either with products we manufacture or purchase.
All enquiries regarding a complaint with any product we supply or manufacture should be directed to the quality team. There is a complaint form available to report any issues. Please make sure you give as much information as possible including batch numbers, product codes and expiry dates, and take photographs where necessary.
