Between our two endoscopy processing sites we currently process over 2000 endoscopes a month using the latest in endoscope reprocessing methods.


All of our endoscopes are tested and hand washed to manufacturers specifications before being processed through our modern Endoscope Washer Disinfectors (EWD's). These ensure that all external and internal lumen surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after each use.


Each machine is monitored by an independent monitoring system to ensure each and every endoscope is processed correctly and fully with all machines using a high-level chemical disinfectant for decontamination. After processing we can provide the option of vacuum storage to enable offsite transportation and give an extended shelf life.


For compatible endoscopes we can also provide an additional gas plasma sterilisation service, extending the shelf life to 12 months and providing a sterile end product suitable for use in more invasive procedures.
